NO SMOKING
Mitchell’s continues to ensure a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.
CHILDREN
The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.

For your convenience, one phone number will schedule you for any of our salons. Call 513.793.0900.
CANCELLATIONS/PUNCTUALITY
Should you need to cancel or change the date of an appointment, we require 24 hours notice. If proper notice is not given, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
SCHEDULING
We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Mitchell’s. Just ask one of our appointment coordinators. We’ll arrange everything.
STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member – or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home – one less thing to think about! We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
