Joyce Baresel suffered multiple skull fractures and nerve damage after a rock hurtled through the open window of a taxicab and struck her in the head.
Baresel has no health insurance and friends have set up a fund to help pay for her medical expenses. Donations can be made at any Fifth-Third Bank under the Joyce Baresel Fund. She's going to need many follow-up appointments and long-term care."

Joyce Baresel Bike Run Benefit - Sunday, July 19th
(Weather permitting) Rainout date is Sunday, July 26th
Registration from 9:30am to 11:00am the price is $15 per motorcycle.
Staging will take place at the Kellogg Park dog park on Us 52 The ride will leave Kellogg Park at 11:30 a.m. and proceed east on Rt. 52 until we reach Nine mile rd. We will turn up Nine mile, (left) until we reach State Rt .125, turn east on 125,(right) and turn onto Glen Este Withamsville Rd.(left) We will proceed on Glen Este until we reach old state Rt 74. We will turn right onto old St Rt 74 until we reach Tealtown Rd, and bear left. We'll follow this until we reach Round Bottom Rd. We'll turn right on Round Bottom and head to Rt 50. Once on Rt 50, we turn right towards Hillsboro and Rocky Fork Lake.
